Return & Claims

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Mokki! However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned, or that you might simply change your mind. That’s why you are welcome to return your products within 30 days of receiving your order.

What is our return policy?

  • You may return products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your products for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  • A flat return shipping fee of €15.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • A 5% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund total.
  • This helps cover the handling and processing costs we incur at our warehouse when receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned items.
  • These return terms only apply to items purchased after these rules were introduced.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

We always strive to deliver your order in perfect condition, but if something is wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it right away.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@mokki.com regarding:

  • Product defects
  • Transport damage
  • Incorrect or missing items

We kindly ask you to include photos of the item and the packaging in your email.

Please wait for our response before sending anything back – we’ll guide you through the next steps and find the best solution together.

Who pays for the return?

  • For returns from within the EU, a flat return fee of €15.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • This amount covers the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Returns must be arranged using the return label we provide. If you choose to return using your own shipping method, you are responsible for the full cost and risk of return shipping.

Transport liability

  • Mokki is responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.
  • When returning an item, you are responsible for the package until it has been received by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method if you choose not to use our return label.


How to make a return

  1. Log in to your customer account and request a return. If you have any problems, contact us at support@mokki.comand we will help you.

  2. Pack the products securely in their original packaging and include the delivery note inside the box.

  3. Ship the return using the label we provide, or your preferred method if you choose not to use our label.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund (minus return shipping and restocking fee) and send you a confirmation email.
